Elevate Gymnastics Program Policies & Dress Code
Membership & Tuition
Q: Is there a membership fee?
Yes. A non-refundable annual membership fee is due upon enrollment.
Q: When is tuition due?
Tuition is billed monthly and due on the 1st of each month via auto-pay.
Q: What if I pay late?
Payments received after the 7th incur a $20 late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due we assume you are not continuing with classes and we will open up your child’s spot to another child on the wait list.
Q: How is tuition calculated with holidays or short months?
Your annual tuition is divided into 11 equal payments (August–June).
There are no deductions for short months or holidays and no extra charges for months with five weeks of classes.
Commitment & Withdrawals
Q: Do I have to commit for the whole session?
Our program runs for the full year (August–June). However, if you need to withdraw for any reason — such as moving or finding that the program isn’t the right fit for your child — you may do so with 30 days’ written notice.
Q: What if I need to withdraw early?
We require a 30-day written notice to withdraw. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before withdrawal is processed.
Missed Classes & Make-Ups
Q: What happens if my child misses a class?
You may schedule one make-up class per month (subject to availability) or use an open gym pass instead.
Q: How long do I have to make up a missed class?
Make-ups must be completed within 2 weeks of the missed class and during the current session.
No credits or refunds are given for missed classes.
Closures & Cancellations
Q: What if Elevate closes due to weather or facility issues?
If Elevate must close unexpectedly, we’ll provide an alternate make-up option or open gym pass.
Progressive Wave System
Q: How does the Progressive Wave System work?
Each gymnast advances through skill-based milestones within their wave.
Coaches track progress using Wave Charts, and gymnasts are recognized at our Wave Showcase Event in June, celebrating growth and achievement!
