Elevate Gymnastics Program Policies & Dress Code

Welcome to Elevate Gym!

Our gymnastics program follows an 11-month progressive session (August–June) designed to help each athlete develop confidence, strength, and skill — step by step through our Progressive Wave System.

Please review the following policies to ensure a safe, consistent, and positive experience for all gymnasts and families.

Program Length:

Our gymnastics season runs August through June, with optional camps and clinics offered in July. Enrollment is continuous throughout the session to allow consistent progress.

Membership Fee:

A non-refundable annual membership fee is due upon enrollment. This covers administrative costs, insurance, and your child’s Progressive Wave materials (chart, ribbons, etc.).

Tuition Payments:

  • Tuition is billed monthly and due on the 1st of each month via auto-pay.
  • Tuition reserves your child’s spot in class — it is not based on attendance or the number of classes in a month.
  • Late payments made after the 7th of the month will incur a $20 late fee.
  • After 30 days past due, the child will not be permitted to participate in class until the account is brought current.

Commitment:

Enrollment is considered a commitment for the full 11-month session.

If you need to withdraw before June, a 30-day written notice is required.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before withdrawal is processed.

Missed Classes / Make-Ups:

  • One make-up class per month may be scheduled (subject to availability).
  • Make-ups must be completed within 2 weeks of the missed class date.
  • No credits or refunds are given for missed classes.

Class Cancellations:

If Elevate Gym & Cirque must close due to inclement weather or facility issues, an alternate make-up option will be provided.

Progressive Wave Advancement

Our Progressive Wave System allows gymnasts to level up through skill-based milestones.

  • Each gymnast works toward mastering skills within their current wave.
  • Coaches track progress using Wave Charts.

End-of-year recognition occurs during our Wave Showcase Event in June — a celebration of each gymnast’s growth and accomplishments!

To maintain safety, and professionalism, all gymnasts must adhere to the dress code below:

All gymnasts are expected to:
